We are reading a story called Jalapeno Bagels. For International Day at school, Pablo wants to bring something that reflects the cultures of both his parents. We are also talking a little about realistic fiction.
Spelling- I realize that the last two spelling lists have been very difficult. This week we will go back and redo list 21. There will only be 10 words and 2 sentences, so that should make things a little bit easier to study for. Next week we will review list 22. Those are the hardest lists we have, so the rest of the year should be okay.
French sounds: ion, ieu, ian, ier
Science: We are talking about stars in the sky.
Math: We are still talking about measurement. Topic 13 is available as online homework. Please help your student log on and complete those assignments.
